Party A (Developer) provides free game access services to Party B (Agent).

PURCHASE POINTS MECHANISM

Party B purchases game points from Party A at a rate of 10%. When game points are insufficient, Party B needs to top up points from Party A.

CREDIT MECHANISM

Party A provides game points upfront and settles the fees with Party B at the end of each month.

Game maintenance, including 24/7 customer service and operations/maintenance support.
Agents' rights, including the right to run the game independently.

Unrestricted development of downstream agents, independent agent backend portal.
